Senior IT Technical support to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems with good technical knowledge, ability to understand the problem and explain its solution.
Job Specifications:
· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
· Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
· Maintain daily performance of computer systems
· Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
· Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided
· Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
· Provide accurate information on IT products or services
· Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
· Follow up to ensure issue has been resolved.
Job Requirements
· Speaking ITALIAN is a must
· Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
· 3 to 5 Years of experience
· Familiar with Database Systems.
· Familiar with Firewalls and cyber security concepts
· Males Only
· 1 day off (Sunday)
· Working hour from 9 am to 6 pm
Skills:
· Above average knowledge of networking protocols, especially TCP/IP.
· Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
· Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
· Having a Certificate in: CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified is a plus
· Ability to navigate temporarily between locations.
· Ability to travel whenever required.
